Job Title: Office Administrator with ERP experience

Location: East Tamaki Office hours: 9am – 3pm to move to full time

Starting: 1st Feb 2024

About the role:

We are looking for an Office super star to work with our client that is a growing and that looks after it there staff, you will be playing a vital role within the service and engineering team. You will be working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, requiring you to coordinate and communicate with multiple stakeholders. In this vital role you will be critical in the growth and development if this International privately owned company.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

coordinating product warranty and quality claims, process invoices, processing payments as well as managing all contractors and sub-contractors. Your organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and positive communication abilities will be key to your success in this role.

What we are looking for:

  • Ideally, you have 3 years administration experience in the fields of engineering, industrial, construction, or service coordination, This is currently a part-time position from 9am to 3 pm. However this can moved into a fulltime role with WFH options.
  • We are seeking a confident and positive individual who thrives in a busy work environment.
  • As part of you day you will be dealing this clients, schedule technicians, contractors and subcontractors.
  • You should be able to handle multiple queries and remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills, are a must.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational and time management skills are essential.
  • Intermediate-level proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and Word.
  • Experience working with SimPro would be considered desirable and you will be generates quotes, manages inventory, invoicing and receiving payments.
