The Maintenance Planner works in the plant team and ensures efficient maintenance at the Amsterdam location. This is to keep the installations operational and comply with standards and regulations. The plant team consists of 3 planners and 1 technical buyer and plays a crucial role in managing technical installations such as boilers, heat exchangers, nitrogen and water treatment systems, compressed air, and pipelines.
What do you do- Conducting risk analyses and developing maintenance concepts;
- Translating maintenance plans into inspection plans;
- Determining the nature, scope, and urgency of work;
- Estimating costs, man-hours, and lead time;
- Coordinating maintenance planning with stakeholders;
- Creating work schedules and material requirements;
- Gathering drawings, documentation, and permits;
- Requesting quotes for materials and services;
- Ensuring availability of parts and tools;
- Providing advice on changes and improvements.

- Completed bachelor's degree in Maintenance Planning, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
- You identify yourself with the following competencies: accuracy, critical thinking, systematic approach, communication skills, and independence.
- Experience in planning within a production or FMCG environment.
- Preferably experience in the oil and gas industry, power plants, or chemical factories.
- Ability to read DWG (CAD) drawings and P&IDs.
- Experience with maintenance planning tools such as Ultimo, Oracle, or ERP systems. •
- Experience in planning shutdowns.
- Extensive Excel experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
