What you’ll be doing
- Customer upsell and development
- Identifies customer development and opportunities, by data analysis and segment splitting
- Properly links fiber/DTH/fLTE and IT&C services up-sell opportunities with critical moments in customer lifecycle
- Appropriately associates cross-sell opportunities: acting on mobile customers with convergent offers
- Works in close cooperation with the campaign manager
- Design targeted upsell and cross sell offers in cooperation with Marketing proposition managers Customer retention
- Defines retention process for mobile and fixed services across all channels
- Manages the process and own the be able to report the KPIs
- Puts together a compelling and segmented retention and loyalty offer
- Propose initiatives aimed at optimization of suspension and payment process
- Develop churn prevention programs in relation to each market segment and sales channel
- Manages all proactive loyalty initiatives across all channels and segments
- Develop proactive and reactive programs in relation to each market segment and sales channel aimed to increase customer stickiness and avoid future churn
What you need to know/have
- Min 3 years' experience in marketing/sales in telecom
- Understanding of the market and offer positioning
- Previous experience in a similar position - a real advantage
- Proficient user of the Microsoft Office pack: advanced Excel Basic SQL query writing skills
- Excellent communication skills
- English – advanced user (written / spoken)
- Planning and organizing
