About us
We are looking for a student to join our growing Group Sustainability & ESG team at our office in Nordborg or Silkeborg. If you are passionate about sustainability and want to contribute to the implementation of Danfoss’ ambitious ESG project, this is your chance.

You will work together with colleagues to establish transparency, traceability, and solid documentation of ESG related data for our Annual Report and internal reporting channels as well as participating on other sustainability related projects and tasks.
Job Responsibilities
- Participate in the design of solid data structures to increase ESG data quality to enable third party verification of ESG key performance indicators
- Support the development, documentation, and implementation of internal accounting practices and operating procedures throughout the global organization
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative ESG indicators
- Support continuous implementation of CSRD/ESRS
- Prepare communication material to internal and external stakeholders
- Support the Group Sustainability & ESG team with general ad-hoc tasks
Background & Skills
- You must be a student at Bachelor or Master level within a relevant study line, including, but not limited to Business Administration, Engineering, Finance or Auditing.
- You are academically curious, a quick learner and have a passion for Sustainability, ESG Data Management and Performance Tracking.
- Basic knowledge on corporate sustainability
- Knowledge on sustainability frameworks and ratings is a strong plus (GHG Protocol, SBT, etc.)
- We expect you to be a team player and interested in working with many different people in an international environment.
- You are result-oriented, motivated and a self-starter with the ability to independently drive assigned work activities forward, while keeping attention to deadlines and quality of details.
- Strong IT-skills (ability to use Microsoft Office tools is a must).
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Approx. 20 hours per week.
