Purchase Officer [Pakistan]


 

Job Description:

  • Listing and title feeding and selection as and when required.
  • Generation of special quotations when required.
  • Check running titles stock list weekly.
  • Checking/Marking suggested quantities to be ordered from daily pending titles for reordering purpose.
  • Responsible for ensuring Core Titles (International/Local) are always present at Outlets/Warehouse with appropriate stock.
  • Supervision of Diverse distribution
  • Assist in the special import
  • Ensure 0% errors on “Purchase Orders " verification.
  • Ensure stock levels are appropriate as per consumption.
  • Ensure ordering from appropriate zone/location.
  • Ensure all ordering are placed and submitted on decided time schedule.
  • Import And Diverse Weekly Pending Orders and Marking,
  • AI sheet Making.
  • JV Orders and Its Marking.
  • New Release and Publishers New selection purchase orders.
  • Quote Price for “SI” Orders.
  • Author / Title Analysis.
  • RAB (Request A book) all queries.
  • Confirm stock and Price availability from Publisher.
  • SI orders Mature sheet Follow-Up.

Requirements:

  • BBA in Supply Chain from HEC recognized institute.
  • 2 years of relevant experience preferably in purchase role.
  • Must have good command on Microsoft Excel.
  • Advance Excel Skills.
  • Able to handle Multiple Tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
