Business Development Manager to help product teams with adoption of product analytics.

We are a small team that works to assist all teams in the Visma Group with product analytics regarding user behaviour and feedback. Today, 150 of Visma’s products use our user feedback offering and 62 our user behaviour offering, and the numbers are steadily increasing. We’re now looking for a person who will play a vital part in the adoption of our services. The focus will mostly be on adoption of our user behaviour platform.
You would join a small and efficient team with a solid competence in user behaviour, data analytics, data science, and data engineering with connections throughout the Visma Group. We ensure teams have the tools, data, and insights they need to make the right decisions around which features to develop, how to price and package the product, and everything in between.

What you’ll most likely spend most of your time onCoach teams regarding adoption of user behaviour
Assist teams in the software implementation of our user behaviour solution, also includes onboarding process to our baseline reporting setup.
Assist teams in answering questions related to their product and business – that can be adoption, engagement, retention, churn.
Collaborate with our product feedback specialist for overarching initiatives
Be on the outlook for new product analytics methods and technologies
